While the monitor can support 2K resolution at 240Hz, the Xbox Series X can only support up to 120Hz refresh rate (similar to the PS5). 4K resolution is possible with this monitor, though the refresh rate is capped at 144Hz if that route is chosen. To use this monitor with your Xbox Series X, you'll have to ensure you use the right cable that corresponds to the inputs and outputs necessary to achieve the desired resolution and refresh rate. Once the Xbox is plugged into the monitor, you may need to go into the Xbox settings to adjust the display options so that you make use of the maximum resolution and refresh rate. I don't have an Xbox Series X, so I'm not sure what these options would include. If there is an option to select 4K resolutions when available, then you should be good to go because, as I mentioned before, this monitor does support 4K at a reduced refresh rate. If variable refresh rate is an option as well, then your Xbox should be able to use the maximum refresh rate when available. Don't take my word for it, though, as you'll have to peruse the settings yourself to determine whether it will work. I would recommend using whatever your current monitor is to determine what all settings can be manipulated before deciding to buy this monitor. With the refresh rate being capped at 144Hz for 4K, that should be more than enough room to work with considering the 120Hz cap that the Xbox Series X unfortunately has. Hope this helps!
