“Basically when I go inactive or leave pc on for too long, and I come back, pc is off, monitor is off, when I press the power button on the pc, it doesn't turn on or off, no matter how long I press it. I keep having to unplug and replug to turn it on. Why?”

It sounds like it just goes into sleep mode…? You can disable that in settings. But usually just moving the mouse around / space bar will wake it up. Also, I am not using Windows 11, idk if you are, but I’ve heard a lot of bugs with it.
