“I bought this exact model and I see that another person asked if the RAM was RGB and HP replied that it is RGB RAM. Mine however did not come with RGB RAM so I am a bit confused. Is this an error on HP's end or is this a change in the model? Disappointed.”

It’s not rgb I brought this desktop but returned and built my own So this has NO rgb ram But it does Have liquid cooling
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the GT21-0164. I did a return through Best Buy since HP said it was meant to come with RGB RAM and the new PC came with no RGB RAM as well. HP said that I had to go through Best Buy to fix the issue so that’s what I did. After receiving the second one that didn’t have RGB RAM Best buy said I had to call HP to resolve the issue. Even though there are two questions that HP responds to on this product page confirming that this product does come with RGB RAM, HP told me over the phone that I can only get RGB RAM as a custom option through the HP website. There seems to be conflicting information on HP’s end. I literally have no idea if this product does or doesn’t come with RGB RAM now. Feel like I’m being lied to and not getting what I paid for. HP customer service has not been good to say the least. For something as simple as RAM you are expected to send the entire PC back only to receive one with the same issue rather than HP a just sending the correct RAM.
