Yes you can. I just got this desktop and I added 32GB to the 16gb it came with. So I'm running 48GB and the speed is outstanding! I got Corsair DDR4, 3600MHz, Vengeance LPX. The Best Buy that I picked up the desktop had them in stock, 32GB was about 150.
