yes they can transfer from your old computer to the new computer and they will let you know when it is done so you csn make an appointment to pick it up

If you bring the devices into the store, they will do it, but there is no guarantee that it will be done on the same day, though 2 days is usual. If you want them to go to your home/office, there will be a significant additional charge. Be aware that only the "Total" membership includes the in-store service; a lower level will still require an additional fee ($100).
If it is JUST data, you can do it yourself: the easiest way is to copy everything to a flash drive from the old PC, then from the drive to the new computer.
