Yes and no. When editing I prefer more ram to speed up the workflow. I would add some sort of dedicated graphics card if you are doing any heavy lifting. Intimately it really depends on what you are doing. If you are just doing basic stuff like trimming and color correction this will be a good setup. You could always add a dgpu later if needed.
