Disappointed is completely incorrect. ALL desktops have RAM that can be swapped out, though there is usually a maximum, and there are only so many slots (as little as one on budget desktops). This PC has two slots, both occupied, 16GB per, so upgrading to 64GB means "wasting" the preinstalled RAM, unfortunately.
