- Answer not as good a computer as I thought it would be a long time customer of HP products but I have been disappointed in this computer. It freezes up and runs slower than my previous one

- Answer Wish I could tell you.a better answer. Only thing I've been able to find is go back and have it all re-set to the beginning. As though you just pulled it out of the box. Any data you have entered so far is gone, you need to start from the beginning again.
