Does that radio have Bluetooth capability?  I'm wondering if when the computer is turned on, it connects with any Bluetooth device nearby, and if the radio has Bluetooth, that could explain it.

Yes, it does have Bluetooth capability. How do I turn that feature off so that I don't turn her radio on all of the time?
