• It all depends on your current device, the speeds at which you want it done, if you have them saved to a cloud storage, and/or you network. A transfer cable can make it faster but is not necessary. Geek Squad does offer as one of their services if you are nervous about doing file transfers on your own.

• You can use either Bluetooth or WiFi without any cable needed. You will not be able to transfer your OS. Just your data files
