Does your printer have Wi-Fi capability? We have several laptops in our household that can send jobs to our printer wirelessly using wifi. Is your printer older? My laptop that is a few years old has an HDMI port and 2 USB ports on one side and another USB port on the other.. Most printers use USB cables to connect.
