“Best buy is currently selling two different models of this laptop, the 11m-ap0033dx and the 11m-ap0023dx. Judging from the listed specs, they appear to be identical. What is the difference between these two models?”

The only two differences I'm seeing is that the 11m-ap0033dx comes with Windows 11 in "S Mode" and a free year of Microsoft 365, while the 11m-ap0023dx has Windows 10 in S Mode and a 30 day trial of Microsoft 365

Please try again later.Specs indicate that the 33dx had no RAM or SSD expansion slots, and the 23dx had 2 expansion slots each for RAM (up t 2x4gb DDR for 8GB total), and SSD for 2 M.2 drives plus(?) a 2.5 inch SSD bay??? Seems as that should have been either/or, since I would think an 11.6" "modern" laptop would not have room for a 2.5" bay and M.2 slot(s). Either way, that indicates why the 23dx is sold out as that would be a good deal with that expandability.
