• Hello. Thanks for your question. This HP Pavilion x360 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop comes with Windows 11 in S Mode. That means you can only download apps from the Microsoft Store and use the Microsoft Edge browser. You can download the iTunes app from the Microsoft Store. You can also switch out of the S Mode.
