Opt #1- This laptop comes with a SD port. If the music on your Note 8 is saved on your phone's sim card, you can use a SD adapter to load the music onto your laptop. Just remove the sim card from your phone, insert it into the SD adapter, then insert the adapter into the SD port located on the right hand side of your laptop. Opt #2- Best buy carries USB-C to USB-A and USB-C to Micro USB cables (not sure which charging port your phone has...). You can plug the cable into your phone and the USB port on your laptop to transfer the files. Good luck!!
