“Specs say that the computer has two USB 3 ports, but the USB ports are not blue and they are not labeled with "ss." Are the two type A USB ports compliant with the USB 3 Standard data transfer rates? If so, why are they not blue or labeled with "ss?"”

That's a question for HP. Within a week, and after buying software, this laptop began to have major issues and I returned it.
