Hello, yes, the Best Buy Geek Squad can assist you with changing out the memory on your devices however this device is not accessible for upgrading the RAM due to having a solid state drive and 8GB or RAM making this a very fast laptop. You have 14 days to try the product and if you aren't completely satisfied with it you can exchange the device for another one. Thank you for being an HP customer!
