“Does this have an average size charging cord, or a clunk like my Lenovo Chromebook?? My Chromebook has about a 3"x1.5"x 1" clunky rectangle interruption in the length of the charging cord.. never want that that again!”

The reply was it could be returned and exchanged for a different model, does that mean we cannot get a money back on this laptop?
