Is this printer iMac compatible? null

I doubt the compatibility. My neighbor has a 10.6.8 MAC OS iMac (not upgradeable to newer version of OS) that is not compatible. A newer iMac will more likely work. Do not know why.

Unfortunately I don't have an iMacheck printer but I am very sure it will work with it because apple has platform for all printers.
