It looks like both of them are available. The power supply in the computer is 180 watts, which will be enough to run a second drive in the computer.

I had the Best Buy Geek Squad folks remove the HDD from one of my old and damaged computers and insert it into my refurbished Elite unit. It went in smoothly, no problems and has been working simply fantastically. Gave me a lot more internal disk capacity and is solid.

Yes, it is completely capable of handling a HDD install.  I had one installed on my identical machine.,  It is working perfectly fine.
