“Can this printer directly connect & print into a laptop that has an Ethernet port aswell, or is the ethernet port only to connect to a router?”

• The Smart Tank 7001 printer connects to the internet wirelessly only, it does not have an ethernet port. If you want to cable the printer to a laptop you can with a USB printer cable (sold separately).
