Hello, I can honestly say, I have never experienced this issue with the 7602. It could be a glitch in the install, if you haven’t dine so already, try uninstalling and reinstalling the product. If that doesn’t seem to help, I would contact HP customer service. they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Hope this information was helpful!! The HP 7602, is truly a “Best Buy”!
