Thank you for the question. To scan multiple pages, you need a model with an automatic document feeder. The Smart Tank 7602 has a 35-page document feeder. Your Neverstop 1202 does not, so you can only scan one page at a time on the glass. As to your connection issues with the Neverstop, we can't address that because we don't know your network set up. But you can reach out to Support.HP.com to assist you with that.
