“Can I connect my laptop to this printer with a USB cable to print? The printer shows most of the time that it is offline and won't print, but the settings show it is connected to the network. The settings on my laptop show it also is connected.”

My husband's laptop does print to this printer, so yours should work, too, on wi-fi, I would assume bluetooth as well. There is a USB port on the front of the printer, just under the power switch, on the left of the paper tray.
