Hello Lynne, I have found this printer to be of great quality, it has exceeded my expectations for a printer of this price point. If you go directly to the HP website, you can do a product comparison with other available printers. You could also do a Google search asking your questions, and you will find multiple links with helpful information by product testers. Hope this information has been useful. The HP 7602 is truly a “Best Buy”!

HP uses quality parts in all its printers, and the robust nature of design and manufacturing is proven by the number of discontinued models still in use. HP printers are designed with end-use needs in mind. Business printers (especially laser printers) are best for high-volume print needs and security features that would not be necessary for a printer used to print pictures or emails from home.
