• Yes, you can charge it using USB-C through both thunderbolt 4 ports. It comes with a 90 watt charger but you could probably go upto 135 watts which is power of the charger that comes with the model that a dedicated gpu.

• Yes, you can charge via the USB-c port. I have this connected to a dock using the USB-c port for both charging and screen extending (multiple screens).
