- Answer Should be the 2019 model. It fits in a lot of brand name cases but it should have come with a HP sleeve made for it if you bought it new in the box. I use my Belkin soft sleeve I bought for my old Microsoft Pro for this computer and it fits just nicely.

QuestionI am having an issue when my laptop is connected to a docking station - there is a real lag on both my keyboard and mouse. Is there a specific docking station or cords that are needed for this model specifically? My old Spectre 360 worked just fine.

QuestionCan you still use a wireless keyboard and mouse when the computer is in tablet mode? I have two external monitors that I want to connect and use as the "main" screens and have the laptop folded in tablet mode off to the side. Will this setup work?

- Answer Yes! Only the keyboard that is part of the device becomes deactivated. I personally love 2-in-1's so I can so I can fold up the screen and use it like a traditional desktop when needed.
