Yes, your Spectre has a backlit keyboard. The backlit keyboard feature is controlled by the F5 function key. On your Spectre, the key will have an image with three squares. SImply press the key to turn on the keyboard's backlighting, andpush it again to turn it off.

press the f5 key without holding down the fn key. It is the 6th key on the top row of keys from the left.
