• No ink necessary! The photo paper actual makes the picture. Zink technology if you want to look it up for my info

• No, you don't need ink! Sprockets do not use ink. It's a Zero-Ink (Zink) technology and the capacity for printing photos is built into the paper, like a Polaroid photo. All you need to buy is the Sprocket Paper (it comes with 10 photo papers).
