- Answer No that's not normal. You need to slide the top on, don't try to snap it on. Once you slide it on then slide a little more and it will click into place.

QuestionWhy does it say wrong paper installed when I have the correct paper installed?

- Answer If you use the HP paper you must keep the blue serial number card with the paper. If you use a different brand keep the blue card in the printer. This will stop any errors for not using correct paper. Without the card the printer says you are using incorrect paper or paper is not installed.

- Answer If you can get on website for BestBuy then it can probably be shipped to U.K. If it is in stock usually it should be only a few weeks to have it shipped so it should be there before Christmas.
