“Why does it say wrong paper installed when I have the correct paper installed?”

• If you use the HP paper you must keep the blue serial number card with the paper. If you use a different brand keep the blue card in the printer. This will stop any errors for not using correct paper. Without the card the printer says you are using incorrect paper or paper is not installed.
