• No Cd/DVD - but you can purchase it separately and connect with USB. Haven't tried printing yet but I don't see why you can't.

• Yes, you can use a printer with this laptop. HP does not put CD or DVD discs in the box. Now, you are directed to go to http://123.hp.com/setup to get your drivers.
