Yes. You do not need the app to use Google Classroom. This runs Microsoft Edge as the default instead of Google but you can still sign into Google. Just go to Google classroom in the web address bar. Or you can set Google.com as the home page through Microsoft Edge so Google automatically pops up every time. If you sign into the school email which would be a google account then you can click the dots in the top right corner and Google classroom will be linked there with Gmail, photos, calendar and etc. The point is, there are many ways you can easily and quickly get to it depending upon the way you choose.

You would need to take it out of "S Mode" so you could utilize Google Classroom with Windows 10.
