- Answer The 14-dq0002dx laptop's RAM can be upgraded up to 16 GB. This HP Stream cannot be upgraded. The HP Stream does come with 1 year of Microsoft 365 Personal, which is Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The only way you can use the Google Chrome browser on this HP laptop is to switch of S Mode. It is free and easy to do. Here are the instructions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4456067/windows-10-switch-out-of-s-mode Once you switch out of S Mode, then you can download the Google Chrome browser and use it as your default web browser.

- Answer This is not a gaming pc. You would need more power for SIMs. While you can play some games on any computer, modern games like Minecraft, Fortnite and most other popular titles require a lot of power. For this reason, I would recommend a model with a dedicated Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) for PC gaming.
