To be able to take advantage of the free photo printing promotion from a smartphone with the HP Tango printers, you need to sign up for HP Instant Ink. Both the HP Tango and Envy 6055 printers are eligible for HP Instant Ink, where you pay for the number of pages you print. Not the ink.
