“Does the monitor come with a cable? If not, what cable is required?”

• The HP support people who answered this question erred when they said “a VGA cable is int the box.’ The box of the monitor I just purchased today came with an HDMI cable, despite what HP and the specs say. If your computer only has VGA, you’ll need to buy a VGA cable.

• The VGA cable is included in the box of this monitor. There is also a HDMI cable on this monitor. The cable will depend on what ports are on the computer that you are connecting this monitor to. You would need at least 1 VGA port or 1 HDMI port to connect to on the computer. If your computer has the HDMI port, then you would need to purchase that cable.
