This docking station plugs into a USB A port on your laptop and gives you 3 video ports, some USB ports and an Ethernet port. The three video ports are HDMI, DVI and DisplayPort. A:AnswerWe have two of these monitors hooked up to our video card using HDMI to Displayport cables. I'm sure it would also work if the Displayports were on a docking station.
