“Hello. How can I get 144HZ on my ps5 without have the computer tower? I can’t go into the setting because I do not have a tower. Do I need to go buy a tower to change the settings to 144HZ?”

• Dont know if you figured this out yet or not but if you go to video settings in your ps5 you should be able to change from 60 to 120 hz.
