Hi there Unknown! Sometimes unplugging the system for perhaps maybe at least 30-40 minutes may help bring it back to life! Computers also need rest! After time flies, plug it back in! Turn it on, make sure you hear a CLICK inside the receiver as that clicking sound indicates the amplifier inside has been triggered and ready to sound! If no sound is playing, make sure wires are properly connected and not shorting. This receiver had no protection circuits so shorting the speaker/Subwoofer wires will damage the amp immediately. You will need to contact Onkyo or if within bestbuy return date, just return it or exchange! Hope this answers your question! (: good luck!
