Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought a 2 yr. replacement guarantee for $75 (1 yr is $50). It comes w/ 1yr. pts. & labor but you have to send it to the manufacturer. BB/Geek Squad doesn't fix it....they just replace it with a new one. Just got my phone but they've honored such guarantees on other items....no questions asked.
