A:AnswerThis phone is still on the shelves, CNET says it's one of the best low price phones on the market, I have bought 3, one for me and 2 for family members, this is one of the best phones I have ever had regardless of the price, I love everything about it, it's highly recommended.
A:AnswerYes, mine came with the cable and charging brick. However it didn't come in the original phone box, and neither did it come with the acrylic case it would usually come with. If this doesn't matter to you, I'd say get it. Don't regret mine.

A:AnswerUsually the product might have had a problem and has to be refurbished by the manufacturer, mostly it's just setting it back to manufacturer defaults but from many studies most of the products did not have any problem, they were mostly store returns that can't be sold as new because the product was used by the buyer, so it's reset to manufacturer recommended settings. I have bought and tried many refurbished products and have never had a problem.
