Q: is that phone still in shelfs
A: This phone is still on the shelves, CNET says it's one of the best low price phones on the market, I have bought 3, one for me and 2 for family members, this is one of the best phones I have ever had regardless of the price, I love everything about it, it's highly recommended.
Q: Does this phone work with CDMA network, Sprint?
A: based on my knowledge this phone doesn't have the LTE bands that sprint uses so this means this phone is not compatible with sprint
A: yes when you buy it and connect to the Internet you will be able to upgrade to Android 7.
Q: Does this come with the charging brick and cable?
A: Yes, mine came with the cable and charging brick. However it didn't come in the original phone box, and neither did it come with the acrylic case it would usually come with. If this doesn't matter to you, I'd say get it. Don't regret mine.

A: the one I bought is refurbished, I'm not sure if the battery was replaced but the battery is charging fine and it is in good health.
