Will this work with iPad Pro ? null

Yes, it works with my iPad Pro and the cable is long enough such that the hub sits flat on the table surface and doesn't dangle in midair as some other dongles do.

I have a 2018 iPad Pro and it works extremely well with it.

It will work with the IPAD PRO but the problem I am experiencing is that it will not "charge" through the port

No...this device is for a USB-C connection as found on the Macbook Pro computer. It will not work with iPad Pro to my knowledge. I don’t have an iPad Pro, though.
