So I'm confused on what exactly this product is? There's the cloud alpha, and the cloud alpha S. But this is advertised as a Alpha Pro which doesn't exist anywhere else. It looks like the alpha S but doesnt have the sound card. What exactly is this? null

It’s the same product as cloud alpha. It’s just Best Buy’s exclusive color (black/gray).

It's the regular Cloud Alpha. I had the same question and found that some retailers call it "Pro" for some reason. You're right there is only the Alpha and Alpha S. Look at the model number "HX-HSCA" and this "Pro" version matches the Alpha.
All that aside, it's a great headset.
