Do all of these features work on PS4? I was told at Best Buy that the toggle that controls the game and chat volume would not work. null

the control only adjusts master volume. It will raise game chat and voice chat together. It does not allow you to raise one while lowering the other. The toggle will work with PS4 however it is not up to snuff with models in the same price range with better features. Just get the Sony gold or platinum while they are on sale

You can’t separate game audio levels and chat audio levels independently. That’s only available with Sony Gold headsets.
You can set your headset to have chat audio only though. This is the case with all third party headsets.

Not sure about Nintendo switch but everything should work with the rest as long as you have controller that support 3.5mm jack and there is a splitter cable for stereo and mic for of users
