They absolutely will, they work on anything with a 3.5mm, you can just get an adapter if your receiver uses the larger plug, but in reality, they work just like regular headphones because you can unplug the mic if you don’t want to use it

Although the Cloud II headset was not designed to be used with the receiver, you may need to buy additional accessories like a quarter-inch adapter and a 3.5 mm TRS 4-pole extension cable to make it work.
