“I just bought this pc on 3-7-18. I have no issues with it except for the fact that when I got to get online it takes forever for the browser to load or it doesn’t load and says failed. I get on my phone or laptop and it works perfect. Why is that?”

The Wifi adapter that comes with the PC (a little white dongle that you should see in the top of your case) is unfortunately not the best quality. I would recommend getting some sort of Netgear adapter. I bought one from best buy that was $70 and its really fast, but I know that's more than some people want to spend. Theres plenty of less expensive options out there that will do the job.
