Hello,

This system works with many monitors so that should not be the problem. It is probably a hardware issue. Try connecting another display to the PC, if that works then the monitor has an issue, if the new display does not work then it is the computer's issue and you can go ahead and contact our tech support. You can download the RGB software on this page.
