QuestionWhen I purchase this gaming PC I also would like to purchase RAM upgrades. The only data I could find regarding the installed RAM is DDR4 SDRAM 2666Mhz. What are the rest of the specifications so I can order the correct compatible RAM?? Thank you!!

- Answer The pc comes with 8 gb of ram 2666 mhz, to up grade go for 16 gb of DDR4 3000 MHZ for desktop pc( 2 sticks of 8 ), this all you when buying, the 2666 and the 3000 nukber represent the frecuncy higher is better, but 3000 is the sweet spot for this pc.

QuestionI bought this and paired it with the AW2720HF monitor. Was that a mistake? After a few hours of use my monitor went black. Also, I can’t find the Asrock program I was informed to change my RGB after visiting website.

- Answer Hello, This system works with many monitors so that should not be the problem. It is probably a hardware issue. Try connecting another display to the PC, if that works then the monitor has an issue, if the new display does not work then it is the computer's issue and you can go ahead and contact our tech support.
