“My computer didn't come with a remote and the Asus software is stuck in Windows 8 format (Which isn't allowing me to open the program) and when I try downloading a latest version I keep getting "Catastrophic Failure" Error this has been going on for 2 mo.”

Call the manufacturer’s customer service line. They helped us immediately with our issue. When it couldn’t get fixed, BestBuy replaced the system immediately! Good luck.
