Hello there, The RAM sticks is up to your personal preference, we would recommend using PCPartPicker to play around with the types of RAM sticks that are compatible with your motherboard. Please note the 9400F can only support a maximum RAM speed of 2666mhz. You would need to take apart the side panel and take off a number of screws to take the original parts out and rescrew your new parts the same way.
